2011 Trade Show Hotel Reservations

In order to reserve your room, you must have an access code. These codes are provided by e-mail in your Trade Show registration confirmation. Exhibitors are provided access codes through promotional e-mails.

Reservations

Reservations can be made by choosing one of the following methods:

• Online. Book your reservation online by clicking the link below.
• By Phone. Call the housing bureau at (317) 684-2573. The bureau can also assist you with questions regarding online reservations or for multiple room requests.

Modification / Cancellation

A cancellation fee will be charged for reservations canceled after Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010. Reservation deadline is Dec. 20, 2010. Reservations canceled after Monday, Dec. 20, 2010 or no-shows will be charged one night's room rate by the hotel.
