5.13.10 | Renew Your ATA Membership and Score a Ticket To Robin HoodNew Ulm, Minn. — Renew your ATA membership online before it expires on May 31st and receive a free ticket to this weekend's big release of "Robin Hood," a movie serving up heavy helpings of archery. Over the last several weeks, Oscar-winning actor Russell Crowe, who plays the role of Robin Hood in the film, has made headlines for demonstrating his archery skills and discussing his new found love of the sport as he promotes the movie on daytime shows such as Oprah, Regis and Kelly and Ellen. While Robin Hood has put a spotlight on archery, your ATA membership dues continue the ATA's work to promote and grow the sport for the long haul. Over the past five years, the ATA has invested and pledged nearly $2 million to bring introductory archery and bowhunting programs and shooting facilities to U.S. cities, while working to sustain and grow bowhunting.
