10.7.09 | Attention Trade Show Exhibitors

The ATA has recently received calls from Trade Show exhibitors who have been contacted by IEA Event Planning. The group is reportedly claiming false affiliation with the ATA in an effort to help exhibitors make their hotel reservations for the 2010 show. IEA Event Planning is doing this WITHOUT ATA authorization.

The only company acting on the ATA's behalf to make hotel reservations is the Experience Columbus Housing Bureau.

If you have booked a room through IEA Event Planning, you stand a good chance of not having a reservation when you arrive in Columbus and should contact Cindy Brophy immediately at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
